121 Enterprise is committed to honoring your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains how automatic deletion works when you remove the app from Facebook, and how to submit a manual deletion request for your 121 Enterprise account.
Automatic Deletion via Facebook
If you connected your Facebook account to 121 Enterprise and subsequently removed the app from your Facebook settings, your data is automatically deleted via our callback endpoint. When you remove the app from Facebook:
- Meta sends a cryptographically signed deletion request to our server at
/data-deletion-callback.
- We verify the request's authenticity using your Facebook App ID and our App Secret.
- Your encrypted Meta OAuth credentials and access tokens are immediately removed from our systems.
- A deletion confirmation code is generated and associated with your Facebook User ID. You can use this code below to check the status of your request.
If you initiated removal from Facebook settings, you may have received a URL and confirmation code from us. Use the status checker below to verify completion.
Manual Deletion Request
To request deletion of your full 121 Enterprise account and all associated personal data, follow these steps:
- Disconnect all integrations: Log in to 121 Enterprise, navigate to the Integrations tab, and disconnect all connected accounts (Facebook, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, and any others). This revokes the OAuth tokens stored on our servers.
- Send a deletion email: Email info@seansanjose.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" from the email address associated with your 121 Enterprise account. Include your account email in the body of the message so we can verify your identity.
- Confirmation: We will confirm receipt of your request within 7 business days and provide you with a confirmation code.
- Deletion completed: Full deletion of your account record, encrypted credentials, campaign drafts, and associated personal data will be completed within 30 days of your confirmed request.
What Data We Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we delete the following:
- Your 121 Enterprise account record (name, email, profile picture).
- All OAuth tokens and encrypted credentials for Meta, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, and any other connected platforms.
- Campaign drafts, ad creative, budget settings, and performance data associated with your account.
- Usage logs attributable to your account within 90 days of the deletion request.
What We Retain for Legal Reasons
Even after a deletion request, we are required by law to retain certain records:
- Billing and financial records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with IRS requirements and California tax law (California Revenue and Taxation Code). These records are kept in minimal, anonymized form wherever possible.
- Aggregated, anonymized metrics: Statistical usage data that cannot reasonably be used to identify any individual may be retained indefinitely for product improvement purposes.
